   What is the history of this building. It must be over 100 years old, because there is a US Geological Survey bench mark on the NE corner, which was first set prior to 1911, and reset in 1981. Was 1981 when the current facade was added?

   It is a hotel at that location in the 1874 Atlas of Butler County, but that doesn’t necessarily mean it is the same building.
